LAMB (Lutheran Aid to Medicine in Bangladesh)

Sandy and LindaAt the September 17, 2009 meeting, the Alexandria Rotary Club heard a presentation by Linda Engebretson and Sandy Emmons.

Linda and Sandy, mother and daughter, participated in a humanitarian visit to Bangladesh, where the LAMB (Lutheran Aid to Medicine in Bangladesh) project operates a hospital, school, clinics and other community services. Linda showed a slide presentation of their visit to the capital city of Dhaka as well as rural areas of the country where LAMB provides services.
