Alexandria Rotarian Kathy Pfeffer-Nohre honored
The September 2nd Echo Press reports that Kathy Pfeffer-Nohre,
director of development and executive director of Alexandria Technical
College, was named “Fundraiser of the Year” at the Donor2 National
Conference recently held in Charlotte, North Carolina.
She was nominated and selected for the award based on her ability to exhibit creativity, enthusiasm, team-building skills, intelligence, vision, courage, perseverance, personal relationship-building skills, service to the development profession, resourcefulness, and leadership.
This award recognizes that all fundraising efforts have the potential to turn opportunities into resources or straw into gold; and is officially named “The Rumpelstiltskin Award.”
Pfeffer-Nohre has been the foundation executive director at Alexandria Technical College since September 1994.
